Directions for Use

Take one serving (5 capsules) of FIT-Rx AAKG 30-40 minutes before your workout. You can also add 2 to 3 capsules before bedtime to boost your growth hormone levels. Maximum duration of intake: up to 4 weeks, repeated intake after 2 weeks
